This is our complete list of international casinos, with a plain verdict on each one. Every brand below holds a licence from Malta, Estonia or Anjouan, accepts players from the Nordic countries under its terms, and was checked against its own terms on 6 and 7 October 2026. Where a casino has a weakness, we say so, because a list that only praises is not much use to you.
Start with the twelve picks in the box, or scroll down for the verdicts, grouped by licence so you can see at a glance which regulator stands behind each site.

How to use this list
Three minutes with the verdicts will save you from the most common disappointment, which is signing up for a bonus that does not fit how you play. Read the licence group first, then the line about wagering, then the “watch out” note. If you live in Finland, check whether the welcome offer is open to you; most are not. If you are under 21, skip the Estonian brands’ casino side altogether, because their terms set 21 as the minimum age for casino games.
How we decided the order
The picks box is not sorted by commission or by headline bonus. We start from the licence, because an EU regulator gives you more protection, then look at three things in the terms: how much wagering the welcome offer carries, how long you get to complete it, and whether the casino offers self-serve limits. Sugarino and Huzzlin come first because they combine a Malta licence with terms a normal player can actually finish or benefit from. Mad Rush is high because its spins carry no wagering at all. The Anjouan brands sit lower, not because we think they are dishonest, but because the licence gives you fewer options if a dispute arises and because the tax position for Swedish and Finnish players is worse.
Comparing three offers on the same €100
Numbers make the differences easier to see. Imagine you deposit €100 once and take whatever the first stage gives you.
| Sugarino | Spinara | Mad Rush | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | €100 match (100% up to €250) | €100 match (100% up to €400) | 200 free spins worth €0.10 each |
| Wagering | 35x on €200 = €7,000 | 50x on €200 = €10,000 | None on spin winnings; your €100 needs 1x turnover |
| Time limit | 48 hours | 48 hours | Spins valid 7 days |
| Expected cost of wagering at 96% RTP | About €280 | About €400 | None from the bonus |
| Best for | Regular slot players | Very high-volume players only | Casual players |
The expected-cost row is a long-run average, not a prediction of your evening. Still, it shows why a smaller bonus with lower wagering often beats a bigger one: the Spinara match costs more in expected losses than the €100 it adds.
Choosing between sister sites
Because five companies run nearly every casino here, many brands differ mainly in branding and in the welcome package. When two sister sites look alike, decide on three points. First, the wagering on the first bonus, since that is the stage most players actually use. Second, the spin games: Elmst sites favour Relax Gaming titles such as Money Train 3 and Templar Tumble, while Elvel and Frenwall sites lean on Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass series. Third, the extras that last beyond the welcome offer, such as Huzzlin’s cashback for every player or Winsly’s weekly cashback. Signing up at several sisters only to collect bonuses usually breaks the terms, so pick one per group.
Malta-licensed casinos: our verdicts
Three Maltese companies run the brands in this group: Elmst Limited (MGA/B2C/1055/2024), Elvel Limited (MGA/B2C/1072/2024) and Ludaro Limited (MGA/B2C/1118/2025). You get an EU regulator, self-serve deposit limits and a dispute route through an independent ADR body. You do not get kronor accounts or Swedish-language support.
Slot Squad (Elmst)
Verdict: the best balance of bonus size and wagering in the whole list. €1,000 plus 888 spins, with 35x on the first bonus and 30x on later ones. Watch out: 48 hours to finish each bonus.
Sign-up takes a phone number rather than a password, deposits start at €20, and you can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits in the account. Spins land on Big Bass Splash, Money Train 3 and Book of Dead across the second, fourth and sixth deposits, each worth €0.10 with winnings capped at €1,000 per stage. Live chat runs 24/7 in English.
Sugarino (Elmst)
Verdict: our recommendation for a first international casino. The €888 package keeps deposits modest and carries the same low wagering as Slot Squad. Watch out: spins are tied to Relax Gaming titles such as Money Train 4.
The first match is 100% up to €250, so a €50 or €100 deposit captures most of the value without stretching your budget. Wagering is 35x on deposit plus bonus at the first stage and 30x at the third and fifth, with a €5 maximum bet. Live casino and table games do not count, which is common across the Malta brands and worth knowing if you prefer blackjack.
Slot Pony (Elmst)
Verdict: the bigger sibling of Slot Squad, with €1,500 in match bonuses and 777 spins at 35x then 30x. Watch out: the full match needs €500 deposits on three stages.
The spins go on Templar Tumble, Dead Man’s Trail and Money Train 3, all Relax Gaming titles, and the Elmst platform’s terms list eCOGRA as the independent dispute service. If you only plan one or two deposits, Slot Squad gives you nearly the same terms with smaller stage caps.
Rich Moose (Elmst)
Verdict: a five-stage package rather than six, worth €1,100 plus 700 spins. Watch out: 40x wagering on every cash stage.
Spin Sweet, Slot Mojo, Lucky Fuel and Nitro Win (Elmst)
Verdict: solid, but each asks more wagering than Slot Squad for a similar package: 40x at Spin Sweet and Slot Mojo, and 50x on the first bonus at Lucky Fuel and Nitro Win. Watch out: compare the first-stage multiple before choosing between them.
Reblz (Elmst)
Verdict: the Elmst brand for sports fans, with a 100% up to €400 sports offer next to a €777 casino package. Watch out: casino wagering is 40x.
Taste Vegas (Elvel)
Verdict: 1,500 spins and three 100% matches up to €500 each. Watch out: 45x wagering on the first bonus, 35x afterwards.
The second-deposit spins on Big Bass Splash pay two spins per euro, so a €100 deposit at that stage brings 200 spins rather than 100. The remaining spin stages run on Big Bass Bonanza and Book of Dead. Registration uses a phone number, and limits can be set in the account from the first login.
Spinara (Elvel)
Verdict: the largest headline in the Elvel group at €1,777 plus 1,122 spins. Watch out: 50x on the first bonus makes it a poor fit for casual players.
The fifth deposit carries the biggest match, 100% up to €1,044, so most of the headline value sits late in the package where few players reach it. Spins come on Book of Dead, Big Bass Splash and Money Train 3. If you like the Elvel platform but not the wagering, Slot Heart is the gentler sibling.
Slot Heart (Elvel)
Verdict: 40x on all three cash stages, €1,000 plus 888 spins, and one stage of spins on Pirots 4 at €0.20 each instead of the usual €0.10. Watch out: the same 48-hour clock as its sisters.
Slamz, Spinju, Slotzy and Rabbit Reel (Elvel)
Verdict: newer Elvel brands with packages between €900 and €1,650 plus 977 to 1,277 spins. Watch out: all four ask 50x on the first bonus.
Quickz (Ludaro)
Verdict: a casino and sportsbook on one account, with up to 20% weekly cashback depending on loyalty level. Watch out: 40x wagering, and Finland is excluded from the welcome offer.
Quickz is also the most searched-for brand of its group in Sweden, which tells you it has built a following quickly since its launch around May 2026. The sportsbook sits in the same wallet as the casino, support is offered in English and Finnish, and the terms let you extend a self-exclusion to sister brands on request.
Huzzlin (Ludaro)
Verdict: cashback for every player at 10%, rising to 20%, with 1x wagering on the cashback itself. One of the more generous ongoing deals. Watch out: 40x on the welcome cash.
The welcome offer spreads €1,050 and 1,150 spins over six deposits, with spins on Legacy of Dead, Big Bass Splash and Le Fisherman. Later stages need you to opt in before depositing, so read the bonus tab each time. We like it most for players who will keep playing after the welcome period, because the cashback outlasts any bonus.
Shockz (Ludaro)
Verdict: the newest Malta brand here, with terms dated 16 September 2026, and a sportsbook. Watch out: no track record yet.
The package is €1,244 in matches plus 1,244 spins on Big Bass Bonanza, Fishing Whiskers and Reactoonz Blitzways, and cashback starts at 5%. Finnish players can use a Brite-powered no-account flow at Shockz, but the welcome offer excludes Finland, so they would play without the bonus.
Spinskull and SlotSpice (Ludaro)
Verdict: Spinskull is the only Ludaro casino whose welcome offer does not exclude Finland, which makes it the default pick for Finnish readers. SlotSpice offers €1,100 plus 1,100 spins and up to 15% cashback. Watch out: 40x wagering at both.
Estonian-licensed casinos: our verdicts
All ten brands in this group belong to Frenwall Limited, a Maltese company licensed by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (activity licences HKT000082 and HKT000083). Their terms are governed by Estonian law, the Estonian text prevails, and casino play is for over-21s only.
Mad Rush
Verdict: up to 8,000 spins with no wagering on winnings, the most generous spin package we list. Watch out: reaching 8,000 needs €1,000 deposits on the first two stages.
For a realistic picture: a €50 first deposit earns 100 spins on Big Bass Splash, credited over five days in daily batches. Winnings from those spins are yours to withdraw once your €50 deposit has been played through once, up to a cap of €5,000 on spin winnings. Mad Rush works in euros only and has no sportsbook.
Wizz Spin
Verdict: 6,000 wager-free spins on Relax Gaming games rather than the Big Bass series, online since late 2024. Watch out: no sportsbook.
Spins are spread across six stages, each up to 1,000 spins, on Money Train 3, Templar Tumble, Iron Bank, Money Train 2, Dead Man’s Trail and Net Gains. Several stages pay two spins per euro, which makes Wizz Spin efficient at modest deposits. Like its sisters it processes payouts within 72 hours and can take up to five days longer if verification is pending.
Winsly
Verdict: the group’s flagship, with 7,000 wager-free spins, 10% weekly cashback and a sportsbook. Watch out: the offer excludes both Finland and Estonia.
Winsly has the highest brand search interest of any casino on this list in Sweden, and its sportsbook lets 18-year-olds bet on sports even though casino games are 21+ under the Estonian terms. Spins arrive in daily batches over five days, starting at two spins per euro on the first deposit, and the cashback is paid weekly.
Slot Cloud, Reko Casino and Dice Wise
Verdict: more spin packages, from 4,000 spins at Reko Casino to 7,000 at Slot Cloud, which adds 10% slots cashback. Watch out: spins are credited over five days and each daily batch must be claimed within 24 hours.
Reko Casino has the longest history of the three, with archive captures going back to July 2024. All three run on the same Frenwall platform as Winsly, so the payment methods, payout caps and 21+ casino rule are identical.
Jackpot Cow, Slot Owl, Slot Wish and Djack
Verdict: the cash-bonus side of Frenwall. Slot Owl’s 25x wagering is the lowest of any cash bonus on this site; Jackpot Cow offers the largest total at €2,000. Watch out: Jackpot Cow asks 40x and 50x, and Djack 50x on its first bonus.
Anjouan-licensed casinos: our verdicts
Hundise Limited holds the Anjouan licence ALSI-202506036-FI2 for these brands. Several were licensed in Malta under Infiniza Limited until 2026. The licence is outside the EEA, so Swedish players owe 30% tax on net winnings and Finnish players lose the EEA exemption.
Slot Lion and Gigasino
Verdict: the strongest offers in the group, each pairing a cash bonus at 40x with more than 1,200 wager-free spins and weekly slots cashback. Watch out: Gigasino’s terms are dated August 2026, so it is very new.
Slot Lion’s package is €1,250 across the first, third and fifth deposits plus 300, 450 and 500 spins on the even stages; Gigasino’s is €1,300 plus 350, 450 and 555 spins. Both exclude Finland from the welcome offer, cap spin winnings at €1,000 per stage and add 5% weekly slots cashback that rises to 15% with loyalty rank, paid with 1x wagering.
Kim Casino
Verdict: up to 7,000 spins with no wagering on winnings and no Finland exclusion in the offer. Watch out: the full 7,000 needs €8,000 in deposits, and deposit limits are set through support, not in the account.
The first stage pays two spins per euro up to 2,000 on Big Bass Bonanza, the next three one spin per euro, and the last two one spin per €2. Cool-off periods of two or seven days and self-exclusion from one month to permanent are available by chat or email.
Bet Inferno
Verdict: a casino and sportsbook with up to €1,000 over four deposits at 25x. Watch out: the site’s own FAQ mentions 40x, so confirm the wagering with support before you deposit.
The four stages are 100% up to €250, then 50%, then 25% twice, each up to €250, with a €5 maximum bet and 48 hours to complete. The sportsbook has its own welcome offer, and the homepage advertises daily cashback. Payment options are narrower than at the other Hundise brands: cards, Google Pay, Revolut, Jeton, MiFinity and Interac.
Monsino, Winzie, Unlimit and Lucky Jungle
Verdict: four former Malta brands with sportsbooks and a small €300 plus 300 spins package at 25x. Watch out: Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard deposits do not count for the bonus.
The package alternates €100 matches on deposits one, three and five with 100 spins on deposits two, four and six. A verified phone number and marketing consent are required to claim it, and the terms exclude residents of Finland. These brands came from the Malta-licensed Infiniza estate, so long-standing players may remember them under an MGA licence; that changed in 2026.
Slot Hype, Amok, Gemler, Goldroll, Mount Gold, Nifty, Overload, Refuel, Slotable and Spinero
Verdict: the same €300 plus 300 spins template on a casino-only site, with the widest choice of e-wallets on this list. Watch out: no reality-check tool and no loss or session limits.
Questions to ask support before your first deposit
Live chat is open around the clock at most of these brands, and two minutes of questions can save you a frustrating week. We suggest asking:
- Is the welcome bonus credited automatically, and can I decline it before I deposit?
- Which payment methods can I use from my country, and which ones exclude me from the bonus?
- What documents will you ask for before my first withdrawal?
- Are any of the games I want to play blocked for my country?
- Can a deposit limit or self-exclusion I set here also apply to your sister casinos?
Save the chat transcript. If an answer later turns out to be wrong, it is useful evidence in a complaint.
Which entry suits which budget
| Monthly budget | Sensible choice | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Under €50 | A spin package (Mad Rush, Wizz Spin) or no bonus | Cash bonuses with 35x to 50x wagering are not realistic at this level |
| €50 to €200 | Sugarino or Slot Squad | Small first-stage caps and the lowest wagering among Malta brands |
| €200 to €500 | Huzzlin or Slot Heart | Cashback and 40x packages that reward steady play |
| Over €500 | Think twice, then set a hard deposit limit | At this level the payout caps (€5,000 a day) start to matter, and so does your wellbeing |
Casinos that did not make the list
Some names you may remember from older versions of this site are gone. We could not re-verify Nitro Casino, Instant Casino, NeonVegas, Slotti, Arctic Casino, Flappy Casino, BitKingz, Ultra Casino, Rapid Casino and 31bet for this update, so they are off the list until we can. We also never list brands from operators banned by Spelinspektionen, such as Softon Ltd (banned 9 July 2026) or Rabocse SRL (banned 18 August 2025), even when they reappear on new domains.
What changed in 2026
This has been a busy year for international casinos aimed at the Nordic region, and several changes affect the list directly. The biggest is the move of the former Infiniza brands, including Slot Hype, Unlimit, Monsino, Winzie and Lucky Jungle, from a Maltese licence to Hundise Limited’s Anjouan licence. On the surface little changed, but for a Swedish player it turns potentially tax-free winnings into taxable ones.
New brands also arrived in numbers. Spinju, Slamz, Spinara and Huzzlin appeared in the spring, Quickz around May, SlotSpice and Spinskull in early summer, Gigasino with terms dated August, and Shockz with terms dated September. We list them because their licences and terms check out, but we flag the short track records.
Regulators were busy too. Spelinspektionen banned Softon Ltd and its ten brands on 9 July 2026. Finland opened applications for its first private casino licences on 1 March 2026, ahead of a licensed market from 1 July 2027. Norway marked its first full year of DNS blocking, and Denmark’s courts ordered another 98 gambling sites blocked on 8 July 2026.
Clauses we look for in the terms
Going through the terms behind this list, certain clauses stand out. These are the ones that most often surprise players, and where each group stands:
- Dormant-account fees. Slot Pony’s terms charge €5 on accounts inactive for 30 months. Withdraw your balance before you stop playing.
- Bonus-excluded payment methods. Every group excludes some e-wallets from welcome bonuses; Frenwall names Jeton, MiFinity, Neteller and Skrill.
- Maximum conversion. Bonus winnings are capped at five times the bonus at most brands, so a €100 bonus can never turn into more than €500 of withdrawable bonus winnings.
- Opt-in before deposit. At the Ludaro and Hundise brands, stages after the first must be activated before you deposit, or the bonus is lost.
- Marketing consent. Several brands only give bonuses to players who accept marketing messages. You can decline and play without a bonus.
Play within limits
None of these casinos is covered by Spelpaus in Sweden or ROFUS in Denmark, so the limit you set in the casino account is your main safeguard. Set it before your first deposit, keep it below what you can comfortably lose in a month, and remember that a limit at one brand does not automatically apply to its sisters. If you need to talk to someone, Stödlinjen (020-81 91 00), Hjelpelinjen (800 800 40), StopSpillet (+45 70 22 28 25) and Peluuri (0800 100 101) are free and confidential.
Licence, money and law: the short version
Payouts
Every brand above processes withdrawals within 72 hours under its terms and caps payouts at €5,000 a day and €20,000 over 30 days. Instant bank transfers are the fastest method. Swedish accounts run in euros.
Tax
For Swedish players, winnings from the Malta and Estonia brands are tax-free only if the games do not require a Swedish licence, and winnings from the Anjouan brands are taxed at 30% of net winnings per operator and year. Finnish players are generally tax-free on EEA casinos and taxable on non-EEA ones. Norway taxes single wins above NOK 10,000 from commercial foreign gambling in most cases, and Denmark exempts only casinos that meet Skattestyrelsen’s conditions.
The law where you live
Sweden, Norway and Denmark require a local licence to offer casino games to their residents, and Finland keeps a monopoly until 30 June 2027. None of these countries punishes the player, but each restricts the operator, and Norway and Finland can block payments. Our homepage guide explains each country’s rules in more detail.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best international casino on your list right now?
For most Nordic players we start with Sugarino or Slot Squad: both hold Malta licences and ask 35x then 30x wagering, which is low for the market. If you never want to deal with wagering, Mad Rush and Wizz Spin pay spin winnings as cash.
Why is a casino you used to list no longer here?
We take a casino off the list when we cannot confirm its licence and current terms, when a Nordic regulator bans its operator, or when it stops accepting players from the region. Several older names were removed in this update for those reasons.
Are the casinos on this list sister sites?
Many are. Five companies run almost every brand here, and sister sites share a platform, payment rules and payout caps. Their terms usually allow one welcome bonus per brand, not one per group, but self-exclusion often applies per brand only.
Can I trust a casino licensed in Anjouan?
An Anjouan licence is legitimate, but it sits outside the EEA and offers fewer ways to escalate a complaint. We list Anjouan brands only when the licence seal validates and the terms are clear, and we rate them below comparable EU-licensed casinos.
Which casinos on the list have a sportsbook?
Quickz, Shockz and Reblz among the Malta brands, Winsly and Slot Owl among the Estonian ones, and Bet Inferno, Monsino, Unlimit, Winzie and Lucky Jungle among the Anjouan brands.
How long does it take to get paid?
The terms allow up to 72 hours of processing. After that, instant bank transfers and e-wallets usually arrive the same day and card payouts within about three banking days. Verify your identity early to avoid delays.
Can I play these casinos in my own language?
Mostly not. The brands on this list work in English, and only a few offer Finnish support. None has Swedish, Norwegian or Danish versions.
Do any of these casinos have a Swedish licence?
No. None holds a licence from Spelinspektionen, which is why Spelpaus and BankID login do not apply and why tax rules depend on where the casino is licensed.
